Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of construction industry experience.
• Ability to lead projects across contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and award processes with GC's and CM's for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Coordinate bid documents, RFQ packages, and supplier oversight.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and turnover to opening date.
• Lead weekly project meetings with vendors and stakeholders.
