Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of construction/project management experience.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and coordinate with GC/CMs, landlords, vendors.
• Strong budget, schedule, and risk management skills.
• Willingness to travel 80% (Mon-Thu) with remote/flex day Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes for GC/CMs and subcontractors.
• Oversee preparation of bid packages and procurement documents.
• Administer contracts, purchase orders, and payment processes.
• Oversee change order and budget impact for Food Lion-contracted work.
• Lead weekly project meetings and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with departments to align schedules, costs, and milestones.
• Ensure turnover, warranty, and close-out activities are completed on time.
