Job summary

The candidate will manage submittals, vendor coordination, and risk analysis while communicating project status and profitability to the team. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• May involve travel/relocation.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff on site.
• Manages preconstruction, buyout, and subcontractor coordination.
• Develops and manages project schedule and budgets; tracks costs.
• Prepares change requests and communicates with owner/architect.
• Convenes and leads monthly project reviews and OAC meetings.
