JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 1 to lead overall direction for a project or portion of a complex project. The role focuses on safety culture, schedule, budget, subcontracts, and coordination with clients, design teams and subcontractors.

The candidate will manage preconstruction, submittals, change orders, and detailed project scheduling while ensuring compliance with company standards and contracts. Travel or relocation may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to travel/relocation as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and demonstrates commitment to an injury-free environment.
• Manages the prestart and preconstruction processes.
• Supports preconstruction with quantity takeoff, trade coordination and schedule development.
• Gathers pricing, verifies scope, and manages subcontractor buyout and bids.
• Prepares, reviews and submits submittals and change requests.
• Leads project meetings and monthly reviews to drive progress and communication.
• Develops and updates project schedule and manages resources to meet deadlines.
• Provides regular reporting on status and profitability.
