JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent 2 in Atlanta to lead safety culture, manage subcontractors, and drive project execution from planning through completion. You will coordinate site activities, oversee staff and vendors, and ensure schedules and budgets align with project goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction experience, including field supervision, and hold a HS diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years construction experience and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs like Safety and QA/QC.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-perform work.
• Coordinate site care, custody and control.
• Lead daily standups and progress meetings.
• Create and manage project schedule with Project Manager.
• Support budget tracking and cost reporting.
