Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager 1 to provide direction and leadership for entire projects, aligning with the Project Superintendent. You will build client and team relationships, manage subcontractors, and drive schedule and budget adherence across project lifecycles.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, preconstruction support, and effective communication with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the project management lifecycle.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare submittals, change requests and pay applications.
• Monitor safety culture and ensure compliance.
