Job summary

orionhiddencareers is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from office to field. You will drive budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while coordinating with superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in construction management, a BS in Construction Management, and strong leadership and communication skills to mentor project engineers and liaise with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Construction Management or related discipline; 5+ years in light commercial construction, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling & Estimating processes is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities to manage projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, budget adherence, and quality across projects.
• Complete timely project billings and cost control.
• Coordinate with superintendent, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Lead pre-job planning and turnover meetings; maintain project schedule and critical path tracking.
• Maintain plans, RFIs, and submittals with project engineer and PlanGrid.
• Interface with general contractors and manage change orders/subcontracts.
• Review invoices and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
• Train and guide project engineers; manage relationships with vendors and clients.
