Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience on concrete construction projects in progressively responsible field supervisory roles.
• Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to manage large groups.
• Must have excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with management to ensure successful completion.
• Determine construction methods, sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedule.
• Train and develop foremen/lead workers.
• Manage day-to-day field operations through assigned personnel.
• Create and maintain project schedules and monitor critical path dates.
