Job summary

ORION seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, manage pre-job planning, and maintain plans and RFIs for PlanGrid.

Travel to job sites and client meetings is required. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Construction Management with 5+ years in light commercial concrete construction, and strong skills in scheduling, cost control, and team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction/project management.
• BS Degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Field experience in light commercial concrete construction or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project safety while meeting budget, schedule, quality, and design specifications.
• Complete project billings in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with project superintendent managing labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
• Organize pre-job turnover and planning meetings.
• Create and maintain project schedules and monitor critical path dates.
