Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• BS Degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Knowledge of project management, scheduling, and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project safety while meeting budget, schedule, quality, and design specs.
• Complete project billings in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Project Superintendent on labor, equipment, subs, and material suppliers.
• Lead pre-job planning and manage turnover and planning meetings.
• Create and maintain project schedules and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer to maintain plans and RFIs in PlanGrid.
• Act as interface between the company and general contractor.
• Establish project budgets per company policy and manage changes.
• Provide progress reports and assist estimating as needed.
• Train and guide Project Engineers assigned to the project.
