Job summary

The role requires contract administration, planning, and coordination with jobsite supervision to ensure projects are delivered safe, on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will mentor Light Commercial Project Managers, develop strategic goals, monitor profitability, and maintain consistency across the PM department.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in construction/project management.
• BS Degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Manages and trains Light Commercial Project Managers.
• Develops strategic program and project goals.
• Monitors project performance to ensure profit objectives.
• Maintains consistency within Project Management Department.
• Coordinates with Operations Manager to meet business objectives.
• Ensures safety, budget, schedule, quality standards, and design specs are met.
• Prepares Subcontracts and Purchase Orders with oversight.
• Verifies invoices and provides job progress reports.
