Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships from post-sale through final installation. The role includes evaluating sites, advising on scope changes, and ensuring regulatory compliance as part of a high-level customer service team.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of construction management experience, excellent communication, and a professional demeanor, with the ability to manage materials and coordinate across sites.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate proposed sites to determine scope and viability of projects.
• Advise customers on financing and scope changes.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to avoid issues with custom-ordered product.
• Confirm that the agreement defines work plan and negotiates terms with customer as needed.
• Procure materials and determine specifications to protect the company from loss.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, permits, and safety regulations.
• Assist in office tasks and warehouse as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive between sites.
