Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college/university program relevant to construction.
• At least 1 year of completed education.
• Interest in construction management and learning on-site.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to read and understand written information.
• Capable of working in teams and following directions.
• Professionalism and reliability; able to supervise with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day supervision activities on active project site.
• Support project team with coordination, document control, and reporting.
• Assist with start-up activities and onboarding project personnel.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Attend site visits and communicate with architects, engineers, vendors.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Support quantity take-offs and learning activities on project.
