Monadnock Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager and the project team in executing a project and to help manage all subcontractors, vendors, and professionals toward successful completion relative to budget and schedule goals.

The role involves document control, submittals, RFIs, permits, and coordination with field teams to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality and safety standards across the lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience assisting Project Manager and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and QA/QC attention.
• Familiarity with Procore and construction coordination processes.

• Assist Project Manager and project team with execution of the project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and professionals to meet budget and schedule goals.
• Prepare and log project submittals, RFI tracking, and document control.
• Support with permits, site setup, and safety/compliance programs.
• Track schedule milestones and deliveries with field teams.
