Job summary

Fading West Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee a construction project from inception to completion, coordinating with the project manager and site superintendent to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This role emphasizes planning, risk mitigation, and hands-on problem solving on site.

You will prepare cost estimates, manage subcontractors, review drawings, and conduct site inspections using Procore and related tools to maintain quality and safety throughout the project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience or Construction Management degree.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Experience with reading plans and basic framing layout required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for project during the pre-construction phase.
• Manage subcontractor agreements and performance.
• Prepare agendas and distribute minutes for weekly OAC meetings.
• Upload and manage project drawings in Procore.
