Job summary

The Morgan Group in Sunrise, FL is seeking a Project Engineer to liaison between field and corporate, coordinating RFI’s, submittals, daily reports, and plan management with precision.

You will work with the Project Manager and Superintendent to maintain schedules, track paperwork in Procore, and support safety and quality control across multiple sites. This role emphasizes organization, communication, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Must have detailed understanding of construction management processes.
• Solid organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, track and distribute project RFI’s and submittals.
• Coordinate weekly meetings and track action items and minutes.
• Maintain project plans, logs, and drawing revisions in Procore.
• Assist with safety, quality control, and project closeout tasks.
