Job summary
Monadnock Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager in executing projects, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to meet budget and schedule goals.
You will rely on Procore for document control, submittals, RFIs, and logs, while aiding permitting, startup, safety, QC, and closeout activities to deliver a high-quality project.
This hands-on role offers growth through exposure to all phases of construction on NY-based projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction schedules, budgets and project documentation.
- Experience using Procore for document control and submittals.
Responsibilities
- Create document logs and update as required using Procore.
- Assist with permits, site setup and coordination of subcontractors.
- Log, track and coordinate RFIs, submittals and change orders.
- Update project schedule monthly and coordinate deliveries to site.
- Support safety, QC and project closeout activities.
