Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate on-site project information, submittals, RFIs, and safety documentation.

You will interact with subcontractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure accurate reporting and delivery of materials, while supporting the Project Engineer Academy program for professional development. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture and familiarity with Procore, Timberline/Sage,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Additional experience may include cost management software, scheduling software and construction management software.

Responsabilidades

• Document Control – Ensure timely and accurate management of all project documentation.
• Distribute all design changes/updates to the entire project team and all subcontractors.
• RFIs: Prepare and submit requests for information to the design team and distribute all responses to the appropriate parties.
• Submittals: Create and manage the submittal log for the project; obtain required submittals from subcontractors and submit to the design team for review via Procore.
• Safety Documentation: Upload subcontractor safety documentation to Procore and track missing paperwork until provided.
• Enrollment, and compliance tracking of subcontractor insurance certificates.
• Field Reporting: Track and report field activities to related parties.
• Punch List: Upload and distribute the punch list through Procore and coordinate completion.
• Observations and Field Reports: conduct field walks and resolve open items with required parties.
• Safety: perform regular safety walks with field and safety staff.
• Photos: take and upload site photos in Procore.
• Material Delivery: maintain accurate material delivery logs and update as needed.
• Obtain current information from subcontractors on material status and arrival dates.
• Communicate potential delays to the project team.
• Coordinate long lead item impacts during submittal reviews and expediting if required.
• Material verification on-site against submissions.
• Project Meetings: generate agendas and distribute minutes.
• Reporting: report submittals, RFIs, and critical issues.
• Coordinate pre-job and subcontractor safety and quality meetings.
• Interface with client and design team throughout the project.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and align project goals.
• Manage and inventory field office consumables.
• Daily communication with subcontractors.
