Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Military experience or degree in construction/engineering/architecture/business preferred.
• Experience on commercial job sites preferred.
• Ability to learn sector- and project-specific software systems (Office 365, ProCore, Adobe Suite).
• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain jobsite office and records (directory, docs, logs).
• Update as-built drawings and interpret basic coordination drawings.
• Direct installation of site protection, signage, postings to ensure safety.
• Assist in construction tasks and participate in site inspections.
• Update project schedule and manage submittals, RFIs, and deliveries.
