Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Military experience or an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business is strongly preferred.
Ability to learn sector- and project-specific software systems (MS Office 365, ProCore, Adobe Suite, BlueBeam, JD Edwards).

Responsibilities

Commit to being fully onsite for the 12-month training program.
Shadow day-to-day operations and participate in performance reviews.
Follow the Futures Program Sponsor’s directions and coaching.
Demonstrate professional communication, organization, and integrity in line with The HITT Way.
Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and client management tasks.
Support safety programs and complete required safety reports.
