Military experience or degrees in construction-related fields recommended.
Experience on commercial job sites is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Commit to being fully onsite for the 12-month Futures Program and shadow day-to-day operations.
Participate in performance reviews to track knowledge and development goals.
Follow directions from the Futures Program Sponsor and demonstrate professional communication and task management.
Collaborate with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success.
