Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Military experience or an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience on commercial job sites is strongly preferred.
• Passion for construction industry and on-site work.
• Ability to learn sector- and project-specific software systems such as Microsoft Office365, ProCore, Adobe Suite, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Commit to being fully onsite for the 12-month training program to shadow and gain hands-on experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of training topics through each phase of the year with performance reviews.
• Follow directions and coaching from Futures Program Sponsor.
• Showcase professional communication and organizational skills.
• Assist in site inspections, scheduling updates, and documentation.
• Support budgeting, client management, and safety program implementation.
