Job summary

Fransen Pittman in Englewood, CO is seeking a Project Engineer I in the Operations department to coordinate needs and resolve conflicts between architects, subcontractors, and trade partners to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. This role requires an engineering or construction management background and proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam, with Revit/Revizto a plus.

You will review plans, manage RFIs, submittals, and QA/QC while maintaining thorough project

Qualifications

• Requires 4 year B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management or 2 year A.S. in Construction Management plus 2 years full‑time experience.
• Strong technology skills with MS Word, Outlook, Excel; Bluebeam knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read and understand all project documents and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Gather lead times for materials and ensure reviews meet the construction schedule.
• Coordinate material delivery with subs and site superintendent for on-time install.
• Review submittals before Architect approval and generate RFIs.
• Distribute up-to-date plans to subcontractors and assist with permits.
• Create and distribute punch lists and assemble owner manuals and warranties.
