The role emphasizes reviewing submittals, RFIs, and plan distributions, plus assisting permits and QA/QC planning. Strong collaboration, detail orientation, and Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, Revit/Revizto is a plus are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or construction management.
• Strong technology skills with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam.
• Reading and understanding project documents (plans, specs).
• Excellent communication across all levels and teams.
• Team oriented with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather lead times for materials and ensure on-time approvals to meet schedule.
• Coordinate material deliveries with subcontractors and site superintendent.
• Review submittals before sending to Architect for approval.
• Generate RFIs to the design team.
• Distribute the latest plans and specs to all subcontractors.
• Assist with obtaining permits before project start.
• Create and distribute punch lists to subcontractors for timely completion.
• Compile owner & operations manuals and warranties from subs.
• Collect Revit & Navisworks files for Revizto import.
• Help develop the Project Specific QA/QC plan.
• Maintain project documentation and files.
