Job summary

The role emphasizes reading plans and specs, using Revit/Revizto, Bluebeam and MS Office, and collaborating across trades to keep projects on schedule. On-site experience and OSHA-30 are a plus; compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a college accredited construction management program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam; Revit and Revizto knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand all project documents (plans, specifications, etc).
• Professionally communicate with all levels of personnel and external clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Gathering lead times for materials and ensuring they are approved to meet construction schedules.
• Coordinating delivery of materials with sub-contractors and site superintendent.
• Reviewing submittals from subcontractors before final Architect approval.
• Generating RFIs to the design team and distributing updated plans to subcontractors.
• Assist with obtaining permits and creating punch lists for timely completion.
• Compile manuals and warranties from subcontractors and import necessary Revizto/3D files.
