Fransen Pittman is seeking an Intern Project Engineer to support operations in Englewood, CO. The intern will coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and the site team to keep projects on schedule and aligned with plans and specifications.

The role emphasizes learning Revizto and Rev toolkit, reviewing submittals, and assisting with QA/QC planning while maintaining project documentation. This paid internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to construction management processes.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a college accredited construction management program.
• Strong technology skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to read and understand all project documents (plans, specifications, etc).
• Professional communication with all levels of personnel and external clients/partners.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently as needed.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather lead times for materials and ensure timely reviews to meet the construction schedule.
• Coordinate delivery of materials with subcontractors and site superintendent for on-time arrival.
• Thorough reviews of submittals before sending to Architect for approval.
• Generate RFIs to the design team.
• Distribute the most up-to-date plans and specs to all subcontractors.
