Job summary

Fransen Pittman in Englewood, CO is seeking a Project Engineer I to coordinate needs among architects and subs, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish and that plans and specs are thoroughly understood.

The role requires a 4-year degree or AS with experience, strong tech skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam), and the ability to read complex documents. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or construction management.
• 2-year degree plus 2 years of experience acceptable.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office; Revit and Revizto are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Gather lead times for materials and review/approve to meet schedule.
• Coordinate delivery with subs and site superintendent.
• Review submittals before sending to Architect for approval.
• Generate RFIs to the design team.
• Distribute up-to-date plans/specs to subcontractors.
• Assist with permits before project start.
• Create and distribute punch lists to ensure completion.
• Compile warranties and manuals from subs per scope.
• Collect Revit/Navisworks files for Revizto import.
• Support QA/QC plan development and maintain docs.
