Job summary

Fransenpittman is seeking a Project Engineer I in Englewood, CO. You will coordinate with architects and subcontractors, manage project documents, and help resolve questions as they arise.

Proficiency in Word/Outlook/Excel and tools like Bluebeam are required; Revit and Revizto knowledge is a plus. The role emphasizes coordinating deliveries, reviewing submittals, preparing RFIs, and supporting permit acquisition to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management or 2-year A.S. in Construction Management plus 2 years experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel; Bluebeam; Revit and Revizto a plus
• Ability to read and interpret project documents (plans/specifications).
• Strong communication with internal teams and external partners

Responsibilities

• Coordinate needs and resolve conflicts between trade partners to keep projects on schedule
• Review submittals before architect approval
• Generate RFIs to design team as needed
• Distribute updated plans and specs to subcontractors
• Assist with permits and QA/QC planning
• Maintain project documentation and files
• Gather Revizto and Revit files for coordination
