Job summary

You will work with project teams, vendors, accounting partners, and stakeholders to manage project documentation, financial processes, communication, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in construction or accounting, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in construction or accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Understanding of construction phases from concept to closeout.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain and organize project documentation (contracts, change orders, financial reports).
• Process and record daily financial transactions with compliant records.
• Support project financial tracking with Accounting, Design, and Construction teams.
• Review budgets, vendor proposals, bids, invoices, and change orders in PMWeb or PM systems.
• Verify accuracy of project costs against budgets and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with vendor agreements, affidavits, and lien waivers.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Utilize PMWeb or similar PM software to track activities and reporting.
