The role requires 4–6 years of PM experience in real estate/construction, a Bachelor's in a related field, and proficiency with MS Projects and Bluebeam. On-site work in DC with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in real estate, architecture or construction.
• Proficiency with MS Projects and Bluebeam; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex interior construction projects from inception to closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality to meet client goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop master project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; ensure accurate cost forecasts.
