Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing construction or development projects
• Experience with project management methodologies, budget control, and schedule management
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
• PMP/CCM/LEED AP certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and QA throughout lifecycle
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates
• Prepare documentation and closeout files
