Job summary

JLL is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support challenging corporate interiors projects for a financial services client in New York. You will collaborate with internal teams, capture requirements, and proactively manage project issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining project docs, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, tracking budgets and invoices, and ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in construction or accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of construction stages and GMP contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders and invoices.
• Process daily financial transactions and ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Design and Construction teams as liaison.
• Review budgets, vendor proposals, change orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to vendor contracts, affidavits and lien waivers.
