Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate multiple project teams and manage critical project documents for successful delivery.

You will identify barriers, provide updates, and maintain data accuracy while coordinating with subcontractors, owners, and vendors. A bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent experience is expected to support long‑term project success.

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience required.

• Experience coordinating multiple project teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate work of multiple project teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Identify and remove barriers to project completion, especially with subcontractors.
• Provide timely status updates to project managers for cabinet resolutions.
• Maintain and update the company database and generate reports/pivots.
• Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and project close‑out manuals.
• Serve as primary contact with vendor reps and consultants on project matters.
• Manage communications among general contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
