Responsibilities

• Identify and remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, focusing on subcontractor issues.
• Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers for cabinet resolutions.
• Maintain and update the company database.
• Generate reports and pivot tables; use VLOOKUP as needed.
• Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and close-out manuals.
• Serve as primary contact with external vendors and consultants on project matters.
• Handle correspondence among general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors.
