Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Construction Managers in all phases with documentation and logistics support.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project control documents and reports.
• Track progress and performance against schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with field staff and stakeholders ensuring contract compliance.
• Review specifications and drawings to identify critical path items.
• Document safety compliance in the field.
• Manage meeting minutes and distribute to stakeholders.
• Support invoicing and billing procedures.
