Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 1-3 years of construction industry experience.
• Experience with city/state/government projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Construction Managers in all documentation and logistics tasks.
• Prepare and maintain project control documents and records.
• Track project progress and performance against schedule and budget.
• Support invoicing procedures and timely billing.
• Coordinate with field staff and project stakeholders.
