Job summary

Willdan is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to provide project administration, coordination, and controls support for design and construction projects. You will work with Project Managers to plan, schedule, document, and report on project progress, ensuring client requirements are met and records are accurate.

The role involves maintaining project documents, promoting quality standards, and supporting billing and data management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience in construction industry.
• Experience with City/State/government work is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, documentation, and logistics.
• Prepare and maintain project control documents and progress reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely RFIs and submittals.
• Support billing procedures and invoicing.
• Document safety compliance and maintain project records.
