Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 1–3 years of related construction experience.
• Experience with City, State or government work.
• Proficient with MS Office and construction software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support project coordination and documentation.
• Assist PMs and CM with documentation and logistics.
• Provide administrative support to field staff.
• Ensure safety compliance standards are followed in the field.
• Support data management and project reporting.
• Assist with billing procedures and invoicing processes.
• Review specifications and drawings to understand critical path items.
• Prepare meeting minutes and distribute to stakeholders.
• Obtain and maintain required project documentation per contract.
• Coordinate RFIs and submittals with engineers.
• Support change order documentation and file management.
• Assemble closeout documents and address non-compliant contractors.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
