Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Project Coordinator to support the construction department in bidding, contracts, submittals, start-up and closeouts for a large Virginia Beach client. This role ensures compliance with company procedures and contract requirements under the supervision of the Administrative Manager.

You will work closely with project managers and superintendents, set up projects in management systems, prepare bid packages, issue subcontracts and change orders, manage RFIs/RFPs,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related construction admin experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Job setup in the project management system and on the local server.
• Research media and publications for project opportunities.
• Obtain bid documents for opportunities and prepare bid packages.
• Prepare and issue Subcontracts, PSAs, and Purchase Orders.
• Prepare and issue Change Orders.
• Assist PM with RFIs and RFP submissions.
• Log and process Submittals.
• Support project start-up and closeout document prep.
• Manage project documentation filing and distribution.
