Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to oversee outside plant construction and ensure compliance with industry standards, cost, schedule, and quality. You will inspect contractor work and guide contract inspectors in your region.

The role requires 5+ years in OSP construction/engineering, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Expect a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years’ outside plant (OSP) construction or engineering experience.
• Familiarity with Word/PowerPoint; proficient with Excel including basic functions (COUNT, SUM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Field Inspections & Compliance: perform aerial and underground inspections and audits of contractors.
• Contractor Oversight & Dispatch: assign/dispatch work to contract inspectors and train personnel.
• Process Improvement & Technology Enablement: develop and implement new processes and field software.
• Issue Resolution & Community Coordination: resolve issues with vendors and coordinate with municipalities.
• Other Duties: perform additional tasks to support the business.
