Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to ensure outside plant construction meets cost, timeline, and quality targets. You will inspect contractor work and guide inspectors, coordinating with Engineering, vendors, and municipal partners across a regional scope.

The role requires 5+ years in OSP, strong Excel skills, and a valid driver's license. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Ziply Fiber offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in outside plant (OSP) construction and/or OSP engineering.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint; advanced Excel for forms, links, and basic functions (COUNT, SUM, etc.).
• Must have a valid State Driver's License and pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerial and underground inspections and audits of contractors per NESC and Ziply standards.
• Dispatch work to contract inspectors and assist with complex issues.
• Train contract personnel in aerial plant inspection methods and field software.
• Develop and implement new processes and documentation for inspections and pole transfer work.
• Coordinate with municipalities on permitting, traffic control, and community impact.
