Job summary

Ziply Fiber in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Construction to lead new market launches with safe, on-time, on-budget fiber build programs. This hands-on role manages contractor crews and internal teams, aligning with engineering and product teams for scalable FTTH deployment.

The role demands deep OSP FTTH construction expertise, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive quality and performance across multi-market programs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years OSP experience including splicing and construction.
• 5+ years leadership/people management.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules and construction quality.
• Stand up new market operations and onboarding of contractors.
• Coordinate construction schedules with contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end construction delivery from design to activation.
• Ensure safety and compliance across projects.
