Ziply Fiber seeks a Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Construction to oversee the fiber deployment, ensuring on-budget and timely delivery. You will lead an internal OSP team and coordinate with contractors to meet project goals.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, scheduling, and adherence to safety and quality standards across multi-party projects. This position offers a challenging environment with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years of outside plant experience including splicing and construction.
• Strong knowledge of fiber splicing and installation and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead an OSP construction team including union and non-union workers.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the OSP team through coaching and performance management.
• Manage staffing, budgets, schedules and quality for OSP projects.
• Verify contractor invoices for accuracy.
