Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Senior Manager of Outside Plant (OSP) Construction to lead all OSP activities across the Ziply territory in a full-time role. Responsibilities include staffing, budgets, schedules, safety, and quality oversight, with collaboration across contractors, utilities, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive OSP experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex fiber projects while ensuring compliance and performance

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with OSP teams preferred.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Advanced understanding of fiber splicing and installation practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules and safety of OSP construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, property managers, customers and agencies to align project goals.
• Standardize construction practices across programs and teams.
