Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to ensure outside plant construction work meets cost, timeline, and quality expectations. The CPA will inspect contractor work and guide contract inspectors within the region, coordinating with engineering and vendors to implement effective solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in OSP construction/engineering, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of outside plant (OSP) construction and/or OSP engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel functions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect outside plant construction work to company standards and contract terms.
• Coordinate and dispatch contract inspectors and assist in resolving complex issues.
• Train contract personnel on inspection methods and field software used by Ziply.
• Assist in process improvements and documentation for field inspections and pole transfers.
• Serve as liaison with municipalities regarding permitting and traffic control.
