Ziply Fiber is seeking a Construction Project Administrator in Minnesota to oversee outside plant construction inspections, guide contract inspectors, and ensure projects meet cost, timeline, and quality targets.

The role requires 5+ years in OSP/engineering, plus strong MS Excel skills and a valid driver's license. The position involves field work, coordination with municipalities, and process improvements within Ziply’s network projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in outside plant (OSP) construction and/or OSP engineering.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint; Excel for forms, hyperlinks, and functions (e.g., COUNT, SUM).
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Field inspections of aerial and underground work and audits of contractors.
• Dispatch and supervise contract inspectors; resolve field issues.
• Train contract personnel in aerial plant inspection methods and field software.
• Develop and implement new processes and field software for NESC inspections and pole transfer work.
• Serve as liaison with municipalities on permitting, traffic control, and community impact.
