Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to ensure outside plant work meets industry standards, budgets, and schedules. You will inspect contractor work and guide contract inspectors across your region to ensure cost, timeline, and quality targets for customers.

The role requires strong field inspection experience, coordination with engineering, and ability to train inspectors, dispatch work, and advance process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five (5) years experience in outside plant (OSP) construction/engineering.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint; Excel for forms and basic functions.

Responsibilities

• Field inspections of aerial and underground work and audits of contractors.
• Dispatch and oversee contract inspectors; assist with resolving complex issues.
• Develop, test, and implement new processes and field software for inspections.
• Coordinate with municipalities for permitting, traffic control, and community impact.
• Perform invoice review and processing; support cross-functional teams.
