Responsibilities

• Submittals & RFIs: formal processing, logging, and tracking
• Closeout Packages: assemble manuals and as-builts for handover
• Subcontracts: prepare agreements, verify licenses, track documents
• Purchase Orders: generate, issue, and track raw materials orders
• Change Orders: maintain master log and document field-directed work
• Job Cost: support management with cost reporting interpretation
• Payment Applications: assist PMs with review, coding, and organization
• Communication: clear verbal and written updates with teams and vendors
