Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or Construction Engineering Technology.
• Experience reading and interpreting project plans and contract specs.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process submittals and RFIs review.
• Serve as Construction Contract Administrator on site and administer contract terms.
• Perform on-site observations and prepare field reports.
• Assist Director of Construction with management duties and site coordination.
• Maintain project documentation and logs (permits, drawings, specifications, change orders).
• Coordinate with owner, designers, and contractors to obtain approvals.
