Lexicon, Inc. is seeking a professional to manage contract administration and procurement processes for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects.

The role includes directing subcontractor onboarding, assembling bid packages, and ensuring contract documents are complete and compliant. You will also support Contract Managers in closing out contracts, analyzing outstanding items, and attending project meetings to provide feedback on necessary changes.

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractor, vendor, and supplier process by assembling bid packages including scope of work, bidding process, and needed construction documents.
• Oversee construction contract administration processes to ensure that the contract document requirements are met and assist in the document control process.
• Assist Contract Managers in closing out contracts and preparing documents and conducting analysis of required and outstanding items.
• Will attend project meetings to evaluate and present feedback information related to necessary changes.
